I would think the lady who sells all the needlework and sewing supplies at the Wednesday tianguis would have them.

There is a little shop on the lake side of Ocampo that sells sewing and embroidery supplies. It's several blocks west of Colon. You could also inquire at the women's co-op clothing shop kitty corner from LCS, next door to the Mexi-Co. shop. Many of their things are highly embroidered...beautifully so.
