Gardener pay rate

What are people paying for a gardener per if he brings his own grass trimmer, lawnmower and gas?

God only knows now. Newbies are saying they pay 100 and up to 200 per hour.

I pay $55 per hour but I supply all the equipment. If they supply, I'm thinking maybe $65 to $75 per hour, assuming you don't have a very large area to cut with the gas powered equipment.

I check with two real estate companies that manage homes to include paying gardeners. Just like Bob, they both recommended $55 per hour. (I supply the equipment.)
