Tianguis in Guadalajara for shoes

I remember recently reading somewhere (can't remember where) about a tianguis in GDL that specialises in shoes. Does anyone know where it is? TIA

The Outlet Mall, way south on Lopez Mateos, has a lot of shoes stores, as well, with discount pricing.
