Santorini

Santorini used to drive through La Floresta on a daily basis. Lately, we only see them once in 2 weeks. I've also noticed that the stores are not carrying them either. Does anyone know what is going on? We prefer the RO water. Is there another water delivery recommended that you can provide contact info for? TIA

They came by my house in SA today. I like the guys and the water but they are very unreliable.

Yes, RO is reverse osmosis. We lived on an ocean cruising boat for many years and made fresh water from sea water using the RO process. We are hooked on it.
The process pushes water under extreme pressure through a membrane that is so fine that it eliminates biological contaminants and most minerals. The resulting water is essentially sterile,
and to our tastes .... tasteless. Makes superb coffee too.

I checked the Ph...it is a bit higher than you might want. In my office, I used an Ozone machine. Most perfect water ever. You could turn Coca Cola to a clear tasteless water.

May I correct myself.....I meant to say it is a bit more acid than you want not higher on the pH SCALE.
