Palm Trees Empty Palm Trees

I read i n the GR that there is a terrible beetle infestation specifically attacking palm trees. I have three on my property. Two very large and mature, one short and young. I called Francisco at Ajijic Tree Service,and he came by and sprayed them all. If you are interested his number is ‭(333) 452-9843‬. He does very good work.

No.I'm not. Francisco said it should, but I figured it's better than just doing nothing. Wasn't very expensive either.

We saw one on our property, about 1 1/2 inches long and black with a little stem sticking out the front of it's head. They lay eggs in the top of palms and the larvae eat the heart of the palm and the palm dies. If you see these things, step on them.
