2018 Lake Chapala Writers Conference
The 13th Annual Lake Chapala Writers Conference will be on March 7, 8, and 9th in the Eventos Salon in El Jardin Restaurant on the Ajijic Plaza.
The event will kick off with a Welcome Reception (cash bar) at 5PM on Wednesday, March 7th to introduce attendees to our line-up of outstanding presenters.
Coffee and Registration starts at 8AM on Thursday morning and a full day of workshops. The same on Friday, March 9th and a wind-up party at 4PM.
The fee is $2,000 until the end of February and $2,500 from March 1st until the start of the conference.
Your fee includes all workshops, a unique opportunity to pitch your novel or writing project to Toronto literary agent Beverly Slopen,
lunch both days, coffee, snacks and non-alcoholic beverages.
We had write-ups in both the January and February El Ojo del Lago magazine, in the Guadalajara Reporter and have details on our Facebook page - "Like" our Facebook page at Lake Chapala Writers Conference for updates, announcements and details.

Registration forms are at Diane Pearls on Colon in Ajijic or from any committee member at the Ajijic Writers Group meetings on the first and third Friday mornings at 10AM until noon in the garden at Neuvo Posada Restaurant or email one of us at victoriaaschmidt@gmail.com or windsorcottage@juno.com.
