That last sentence tickles one's curiosity. What kind of repairs would be considered "small"?

If your toilet backs up don't call me. If your light bulbs burn out don't call. Etc. etc. etc. If the roof springs a leak please call. The low rental price should make up for not wanting to be at someone's beck and call. I also forgot to mention that the house is partially furnished.
