wanted to rent apartment in Ajijic long term

I want to rent an apartment 1br/1b in Ajijic starting January 1st - furnished for 1 adult for $450/mo or approx long term.  I am 76 so long term is relative. Thanks,  Wayne Snow

At that price range, if you don't get any response from these boards, your best bet will be to get a short term rental for when you arrive and walk around the village looking for a rental sign. Be aware that you are arriving in peak season and may have to wait until April to find that perfect place.

Good advice. The town is full, and will get a little fuller through the holidays, better grab what you can. Don't overlook Chapala or Jocotepec, both good pueblos to live in.

Agreed. Those towns are less expensive than Ajijic. $450/mo will go a lot further.

If jsringo doesn't want it, gvprod, I have a friend arriving around then that will probably want it. Single woman with small doggie, non smoker. We used to work together in CA years ago. She is responsible and will be here in a month to look for a place to rent and you could meet her then if you want.
