SAT Dog Poisonings

According to the GR this week, our current dog poisonings have spread into San Antonio. Does anyone have any more info on this? What part of SA? When? Victims?

Really? Nobody knows anything about more dog poisonings or victims in SA?

I have not seen anything on Facebook or TOB.

Thanks, LOL. I can't find anything out either, however it occurred to me to talk to Pat and to Art. One of them should know something.

I asked Orson and he didn't know anything but thought it was because the dogs had been running free, I quickly told him about the dogs that had been on leash.

Neither Art or Pat have heard anything on the subject.

Could it be one person's story ending up as an unsubstantiated article in the GR?

Yeah. Dale doesn't usually print unsubstantiated information tho. I hope that's it, I walk Louie around the village frequently.

Per Art:
Today as I was walking on the far east end of La Paz near the dairy cows a man and his son with two 4 month old puppies came by and said be careful with your dog in this area because there have been 6 dogs poisoned lately and one was mine. I thanked him and as I was leaving I reflected on the fact that there usually are 3 dogs by the little aborrate on the Riveras side of the road near to the bridge over the arroyo and another 5 in the area of the dairy cows and there were none today and I don't remember any yesterday. I wouldn't have missed them last week because I was away. I certainly hope this meant that the owners had their dogs locked up and not that some or all were victims of the poisonings. Anyway just sharing what I learned. Art
