Hi, we are Michael and Teri Conn and are very interested in your casita for rent. We are in Oregon, selling our home and are moving to Ajijic in May. A long term rental is what we are interested in and this sounds lovely. Our friends Pamela and Carlo have been living in Chula Vista and could see the property for us. Would the lease be for at least 1 year? We don't have pets, are non-smokers and are very quiet. We have house sitting references there as well as many friends who would vouch for us.
