You may be onto something. I have made Indian butter chicken fajitas that were awesome.

Turkey, mashed potatoes, cranberry and gravy in a tortilla..........I am definitely going to try that one.

I'm going to try them all. Here's another one that's yummy that I used to make. I put shredded cheese (prefer Monterey Pepper Jack) on one side of a whole wheat tortilla (or whatever kind you like) and a couple of spoonfuls of chili (with or without the beans of your choice). Fold together and heat on a griddle until the tortilla is toasted brown on both sides. So far, pretty ordinary. Now, open up your hot tortilla and stuff it with Caesar salad. It's an amazing combo...crunchy, hot and tasty. If you want the recipe for my homemade Caesar dressing just ask.
