Mario's in SAT

Just got back from there, the special was BBQ ribs, which I ordered. They were so good and tender. The sauce was outstanding. I spoke with Jaime, the head waiter, and he told me Mario and Maria retired October 31 and Eric is now running the place. Eric was the chef, I believe, at 4 at one time. He is good and hopefully has matured while in the states. The food was excellent. It would be nice if they extended the hours a bit, if only to 6 instead of 5. Try it, I think you will like it.
