ATM authorizations working yet at lakeside?

I have a debit card from the States issued from USAA and I've tried Banomex (<MS) and Bancomer neither worked for me since Friday. I called my bank USAA and they say it's not them and I confirmed this by making an online purchase last night.

Can anyone tell me if they have been able to use their United States issued debit card at an ATM machine today? If so what place, please I need to buy some things for the family.

I know this is on the other board but............. that's the other board.

I have been able to use my ATM card, from Capital one, in Guadalajara...yesterday. There was no problem.

No problem today at Multiva.

I, too, was having trouble at Bancomer, and my debit is with a BBVA bank in US. Today it worked. I am again peso solvent!

A number of us in the Morelia/Patzcuaro area have been having trouble with various Mexican banks declining ATM withdrawals with foreign cards. It seemed to start about a week ago with Bancomer and then has spread to some other banks as well. Sounds like some of this is hitting Lakeside as well. If anyone has information about what may be causing this, it would be much appreciated.

There was some serious hacking problems that almost collapsed the entire WWW last week. Many major sites went down from overload. Perhaps this has something to do with it??
