Good computer person?

Can anyone recommend a good computer person for my friend who is not good with computers. He needs someone who will come to his home.

I have had excellent luck with Adrian who speaks good English and keeps up with the latest stuff. He also builds computers and can get computer stuff for you when he goes to GDL. He has a small shop on the lower part of Encarnacian Rosas a block and a half down from Farmacia Guadalajara.

John, Does Adrian make house calls - my friend is up there in years and in this heat can't get it in to a shop and I can't take him anywhere until next week.

I don't know if it is simple. His computer was built by the guy near Cafe Magana and he installed a strange program to install and uninstall programs. I'm good with computers but someone needs to get a way around this software installed by the maker. The Windows program install/uninstall does not work because of what he put on the computer. My friend can't get Skype to install properly and even when he had it couldn't get it to work properly. Needs a technician to get around the install software that Ruben installed and show my friend how to download and access Skype.

My friend is not very good with computers so needs a patient person and one who can fix the problem, install Skype, see that it is working, and show my friend how to use his computer.

When he did his F3 renewal, he couldn't find his bank statements and couldn't figure out how to get them on line. I had to use his password to get his statements and print them out for him. Does that clarify his level of computer savy? Something definitely wrong with the computer that I can't fix and once it's fixed install Skype and see that it's working. He does know how to use Skype.

PS: He is hard of hearing making it a little difficult to work with him.

Yes, he makes house calls. I've been using him for years.
