Why is the time incorrect at the top of each page? Can it be corrected?

I don't show a time at the top of my page the time shown is at the top of my post. And the time shown is not Seattle time where I am now but Lake Chapala time or the time I have entered in my tablet, which is Central Mexican time.

The time is correct for all of us that have the correct time zone selected in our computers.

You need to go into your preferences and select your correct time zone.

By the time you know what time it is, it changes; unless you move with it at exactly the right speed and direction. Think about it.
