ISO Pastry Knife/Dough Scraper/Bowl Scraper

Anybody seen these anywhere?

If anyone would have one it would be the kitchen dept. at Puerto de Hierro which is the best I've seen.  I have one somewhere and I'll check to see if I have a spare. If you don't want it sent here you can send it to my hotel in Dallas. I'll be there 2 separate nights so if it doesn't get there on the first night, it'll be there on the 13th.

Oh man, we have sold lots of these at our sales. I will keep an eye out for ya.

Belle Cuisine on Ninos Heroes in GDL is a baker's paradise and would be my best bet for all things pastry, including the dough scraper.

I struck out on the other options but was at Tom's bazaar in Chapala last week and we google imaged it. One of the guys ran to the back of the store and came back with one!!! Ten pesos. I'm a happy camper.
