59peso breakfast now at Monte Cristo's

Nice 59peso breakfast at Monte Cristo. They just started serving this week. The new chef is Humberto Hernandez and seems to have a lot of experience. Pancakes, eggs, bacon, French toast, juices and coffee. The coffee was good, hot and the waiter keeps your cup full. Quite a large breakfast for 59pesos. What time do they open?

They open at 8:30am and serve breakfast until noon, everyday. One of the big changes is that now they are open on Sundays for breakfast, whereas they used to be closed Sundays. Some details on where they are and the menu can be found here.
