I have a less then 1 year old 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, enclosed garage, solar water heater house for rent. Very spacious, 94 meters. Fully furnished. Walk every where in Ajijic.
House is on Felipe Angeles (just 1 block north of highway) behind OXXO, between Galeana & Marcos Castellanos.

It has a wide open floor plan. Single level, Bathroom is huge, closet is huge, bedroom is huge. Stationary gas tank, and internet included. It will be available for showing in September, if you are interested I can send you pictures, email me at gvprod@earthlink.net.

I think we walked by this place last night after dinner at Go Bistro...it looks clean and cute from the outside if it is the blue house....great area!

Felipe Angeles 25A....not the blue house, just down the street on the other side...large black garage gate.
rent will be aprox $450.00 depending on duration.
