Other than consistently referring to Mexico as Latin America and everything north as North America the article is a good read. Even Spencer gets a quote on the last page.

Since so many places in the world consider America (including here) as one continent with three regions, North, Central, and South, Mexico's place in that scheme gets a little cloudy.  Linguistic, as well as geographic differences come into play in some people's interpretation of "who is what or where".

I was referring to the names of continents.....like Asians, Africans, etc.

There certainly is a county named America, just like there is a country named Mexico, both prefaced with "The United States of..............."
Country and continent with the same name, just like Australia.


A few other "uniteds"....UK, UAE
