Lost wallet
I know it's not likely, but if anybody finds a wallet with ID for Abigail Bass, please let me know! Most likely lost on the sidewalk somewhere between Gossip's in Ajijic and the Auditorio de Ribera, or possibly on the bus between the Auditorio and the plaza in Chapala. Thanks!

Re: Lost wallet
Don't give up...hubby had his wallet stolen in Ajijic; two days later it was turned in, virtually intact to LCS by a very kind gentleman. It took a week for LCS to locate us, thankfully they went the extra mile...we are now members.

Please, pray tell, how do you know it was stolen vs lost?

Re: Lost wallet
So his wallet was 'stolen' then turned in to LCS 'virtually intact' Does that mean with money? So it was stolen but thief didn't take the money then turned the wallet in! Had a change of heart or found Jesus I guess.

Re: Lost wallet
Yes, his wallet was stolen. He doesn't carry cash in his wallet, so, yes, no cash was missing. No where did I suggest the "thief...turned the wallet in!" I said it was turned in by a "very kind gentleman".
I wrote in response to the OP, suggesting they not give up...that good things do happen.
I am not going to write a lengthy dissertation with details of how/when/where my husband's wallet was stolen and then returned...just that it was...and that's a good thing.
