Best Video Conferencing program Empty Best Video Conferencing program

We are visiting for the month (staying in La Floresta) and have tried to use Skype for video conferencing but it kept getting dropped and in general was poor quality. Unfortunately we don't have control over our internet provider but it downloads Netflix just fine. What is the best video conferencing program to use here?

Try Google Hangouts if Skype doesn't work.
