Can anyone tell me what/where an RPU number is?

For the CFE it usually is the 12 digit service number.

Thanks for responding. Must be different than the CFE one. I'm trying to register on the SIMAPA site. The only number on last year's receipt is a 4 digit account number.

Got my water bill paid and I asked about the RPU number. She gave me her phone number and said I could call next year to find out how much. So, I guess no online access. If anyone knows differently, please let me know.
