Looking for a good sheet metal fabricator

Hi, I am looking for a good sheet metal fabricator. I am thinking about building a small smoker for sausage and bacon.
Had one NOB  but it had to stay.

Well I gave up on trying to find a fabricator so I decided to build my own upright barrel smoker.
With a little help from a local welder and many drawings this is what I came up with.
Using a a 55 gal drum this is the finished product.
Three racks, three rods to hang sausage or bacon/hams.
Totally electronic controlled using a Auber Controls temperature controller.
Will hold 200 deg for almost 12 hours. Makes a great pulled pork of some very tasty ribs.

For future reference the best metal fabricator I know of is Al Young in Chapala. He could whip one of those up no problem. He has made custom bumpers and running boards for my Vocho and a pool cover reel for my pool.
