I'm a responsible homeowner/pet mom/professional writer who's been living
intermittently in Ajijic for over a year. I'm available to care for your home,
pets and plants as I'd like mine cared for!

A 50-year-old professional woman, I:

• Own my own car here in Ajijic, complete with locally made dents.

• Speak some Spanish. Speak proficient dog. Speak fluent cat. Willing to
learn bird.

• Own my own home in Santa Monica, CA, which I rent out to vacationers.

• Have excellent local references from ChaCha, Ruby, Minnie, Pepe, Chiquita,
Saffron and Calico.

• Am active in local writing groups and have excellent local personal
references.

• Owned my own business. I can handle your phone calls, household staff and
whatever else in a professional manner. My career as a political consultant
prepared me to handle scorpions, rattlers, wasps and other pests with aplomb.

• Just need a quiet place to complete my book about Iraqi refugees. Must have
reliable internet.
