I am posting this on behalf of friends, but I do have keys to show both places.

- excellent, very central location, FULLY furnished apartment, 2 bedrooms, balcony, WIFI, no smokers, long or short term : 1000 US dollars a month (high season)
- a casita, one bedroom, also FULLY furnished, same very central location, WIFI,...... 650 US dollars high season, 450 US dollars low season (but is rented out part of the Summer).
