It is easy to get to, just head towards the airport and take the La Barca road.
I have not been there for a couple of years, but the road was excellent.
There are a few places before you reach Ocotlan.

Thanx. We are looking for six dining room chairs and just are not finding what we like here. Have been to GDL but I'm sure haven't found all of the furniture stores they have there. We heard there are a few companies that make furniture there is why we are asking.

Most of our furniture was made at local places.
We also bought stuff at Placencia, and Furniture for Less in SAT.
Found that it was easier to have someone make what we actually wanted than driving around looking for something that may not exist.
And cheaper also.

That is very commmon in Mexico, and a fact that newcomers fail to realize. Local artisans can make whatever you want if you can describe it and/or show them pictures. We furnished two homes in Ajijic and Chapala that way.
Newbies may also not realize that many furniture stores have limited floor stock, but will accept orders for custom work as well. We once ordered dining room chairs that had the seat from one, legs from another and back carvings from a third that we had seen in a showroom in Tlaquepaque.

Thanx RV, I'm thinking the custom made will be the way to go.
