In that second photo it looks more like you are showcasing the cracks in the sidewalk than the Speedster. Any chance of picks that show the entire car?

It looks like a German registration number in the back.

That's the first time I've seen a real one (if it is indeed real). In Vancouver there is a high quality coachworks building Porsche replicas. They ship all over the world. Around $50,000.

Wow! I sure wouldn't park that anywhere on the street, here or NOB. It's gorgeous.

There was a Renault Alpine at the car show in Chapala last weekend. Very rare and very valuable.

It is gorgeous. I feel the ding on the driver's side rear wheel well. Can any of you car dudes put a year on that? It kind of spooks me a bit because it looks so 40's-ish.

it's a porche 356 which were made in the 50's to about the mid 60's but i would suspect that this is a replica
here's james dean in a 356 but he was killed in his "little bastard" porche.

The website for some reason shows the pic cropped, however it is not as seen, copy the pic and the whole pic should be visible.

A little bragging and a lot of complaining about my bone-deep stupidity
I had an absolutely original '62 356B convertible D. I bought it in '66 for $4,000. Last time I saw it, it was being sold for $145,000. Stupid! Stupid!! Stupid!!!

Most replicars are fiberglass. That dent is just borderline between fiberglass and metal - it could be either. The way to tell is with a magnet - this also spots areas of a build up of 'bondo' resin, which are always trouble down the road.
Mainecoons is right - this car would be a real dent magnet. It is not a daily driver.
