We're having a debate at home. What is a normal annual wage increase for a part time maid? Should it follow the percentage increase in the Mexican minimum wage, plus a little extra if you are happy with the person?

What are your people worth to you?
Minimum wage generally garners minimum effort.

Our housekeeper comes once a week 9AM - 4PM.. we were paying her 250 pesos but Jan 1 will be 300 pesos...
Regardless of what others pay... we believe she is worth every centavo!! Beer
