couple requires rental for 3 months

We are a couple requiring a rental for a three month period commencing January, 2015.  We will consider either a one or two bedroom house, apartment or casita anywhere in the lakeside area from Chapala to Ajijic.  We do require that it be fully furnished with all linens and dishes, etc. and that it be within walking distance to bus service as we are flying down.

Has anyone had a cancellation?  We realize that it is late and that January is rapidly approaching, but we have been left without accommodation when the property we were offered was rented to another party.

We'd appreciate your suggestions, recommendations or referrals.

What rate are you looking for? Also what amenities etc? I may know of something.
