Plumber in Chapala

We have a rather perplexing plumbing problem and need a plumber who is a good diagnostician. We have been using a bubble gum and bailing wire plumber so the problem has not been fixed. We live in Chapala Haciendas so someone in Chapala would probably be more willing to drive up here.
