Union 4th division football. Playoffs start this weekend.

The 5th division is not in the play offs but the bigger lads made it again. 4th division playoff football starts this weekend. We are away in Guanajuato - we are playing somewhere in the state and not in the state capital. And the first game is this Thursday. The team is leaving from Farmacia Guadalajara (Ajijic) at 9am. The return match is at home on Sunday at 4pm - not sure which field yet.

I will be there on Sunday to support the team.
This is exciting futbol to watch, and a great community event.

Rafa just called me. Sunday's game is at the lower field at 4pm. Should be a great atmosphere. It will be the return leg of this first playoff game against Guanajuato.

We drew 4-4 in Guanajuato.

The match ended in a 2-2 tie.
Unfortunately, this resulted to a two game total of 6-6 tie and in this league, the win goes to the higher placed team at the end of the season.
We are therefore eliminated.
