Can't help you with Los Mochis but would recommend the Best Western Del Rio in Navojoa which is only 98 miles from Los Mochis.

Not sure exactly what you wanted to know about the parking, but for the pet friendly rooms it is at the very back of the motel and very private. And lots of it.
