That works for me. The wind in their ears does it.... the more they run, the more they want to run. L

And play and snort and wrestle. My house sits on a hill and is mostly glass. It's like a circus when they all get going!

Re: Missing Mexico
I can see it now, very high entertainment value.
We depend on our cats for hijinks. Love to watch Tiggy scurry around under the rug, or Misa can entertain us for hours with a piece of string.
Of course, when we still had Wak! we were in stitches most of the time. In the winter of he his youth was a house ducky, having been hatched out of season. He'd follow me all over the house. The first time he managed to hop up the step to the bedroom we celebrated the accomplishment.
We're easy, eh? Lizzy

Re: Missing Mexico
In my opinion all of the critters enrich my life. We also have two very odd but entertaining cats, a Jack Russell and three long haired Chihuahua girls...all have their moments when they're "on"!
I just came up from feeding, grooming, clipping etc. Not a big deal for the two boys in the barn...but for the 9 outside? I'm soaked....and not a happy camper. It's 65 and pouring. Tomorrow will be thirty degrees colder.....but sunny! I'm actually looking forward to it!

Re: Missing Mexico
It's fixin' to be a couple or three days of upper 30s and lower 40s here! In sunny Mexico! Go figure.
Of course, it's gonna be in the single digits back home, with snow... and that's the highs. Yecchh.
Guess it's not so bad here. Good thing I got me warmies. And we've go a very efficient heater in the TT. Lizzy

sorry... couldn't resist

My brother says it is 25 degrees in Houston, Texas right now. Some of his water pipes are frozen. I figure it's headed this way!

My heart goes out to the people of Australia. They just can't seem to catch a break. Sure glad our plans didn't work out to move there 20 years ago!
It's 26 degrees here....the norm is 50 but it's sunny and bright so I can deal with it....IF I can just get these hoses unthawed so I can fill the big water tank in the pasture. When I fed last night it was still in the 60s and I forgot to drain the hoses. Ratz. The temps didn'd drop as much as they CRASHED!!
I heard Dalles was like 2 degrees this morning. What's with this wierd weather....EVERYWHERE?!

25 Degrees is pretty damn nice. Why would his pipes freeze at such a pleasant temperature?

In Fahrenheit, 32 degrees is freezing and at 25 water pipes on the outside walls freeze.

In Dawg´s native South Alabama, 25 degrees Fahrenheit was unusual and corn liquor did not freeze at that temprerature so why would Dawg have noticed? At Dawg´s current digs in the Chiapas Highlands, locals freak when the temperature rises to 30C so I get confused.
