We are up to $1,035 after only one day, 26% of our goal! WHEE! And yes, I do agree, my contribution to the free dental clinic is a small price to pay if it means I do not have to worry about paying for dental work for my maid's teeth, and the teeth of her 11 siblings and surviving parents. (Obviously the parents did not have TV, but I digress!)

We are at $3535 this morning with just $465 to go!!! Harry is going out today to make a deposit on the equipment.

SunFan, orthodonture is a great idea, let's start a separate topic and explore it. Bridges would be a great idea, too--I don't think the free dental clinic will run to making bridges for people.

We've raised $3715 USD as of a few minutes ago. We only need $285 more!

$75 USD to go to have the clinic staffed!!!!

Well at least my mistake triggered another donation from ZED!

Your update didn't indicate the goal was reached and the web site still showed a $75 USD delta.

I'm sure the money will be needed for ongoing meds and supplies ( and bridges and braces!!)

For a while we were depositing cash contributions so that all donations showed up on the online fundraising site. But the last few in-cash contributions have gone straight into the purchases. Zed, I can come get your donation or we can meet somewhere--let me know what works for you.
