I accidentally stumbled on a blood pressure lowering solution which I am most willing to share provided you have your own blood pressure instrument. As an example, I have gone from taking Lysinopril (Enalapril) 20 mgm per day to 5mgm every 5 days or so, and no more need for the diuretic. I am not making any recommendations, just sharing my own experience. I could only find one medical study related but it is not exactly on point. PM me if interested.
