CASITA WANTED

Casita wanted to rent.
I am looking to rent a casita on a private home. I have been house sitting the same house for the past 5 years and I am sitting the house now until October 10th. I have always rented the same casita from October till April ...then house sit again. The casita that I rented for the last 4 years is no longer an option so I'm looking in advance for the right place to move in October. I am more than willing to pet-sit / house-sit if you should leave town. I have references. I live alone and don't have much property to move.
