it a buyer´s beware market. Some good deals but do your homework.

The overall market is priced 30% to 50% lower than it was in 06/07. So far this year, houses priced right in good locations are moving fairly quickly. $250,000 and under seems to be the magic number. The higher priced ones still sit for a long time.
