Real Marinero Restaurant/Bar - Tequila

Having never been particularly happy with restaurants in Tequila, we too Brigitte's advice on: "the seafood restaurant one block behind the church".  Since the seafood trucks stop in Tequila on their way to Guadalajara, Brigitte recommended their fresh seafood but couldn't remember the restaurant name.  When we pulled into Tequila around lunch time, we spotted this place and figured correctly that this was the spot she was talking about:

We checked the menu posted by the entrance and noticed a huge selection of options including non-seafood items.  Kathy had shrimp and I had the BBQ pork ribs with a shared order of guacamole - all excellent.  Cerveza was ice cold and served in frozen mugs.

This restaurant would be classified as quite good anywhere but it really stands out in the limited restaurant selection found in Tequila!

We too eat there twice, lunch & dinner - excellent both times.
