What do Jalisco State Police do? Eight full size pickups passed us on the Carretera toy, each bed was loaded with plastic totes, black garbage bag and fairly new looking tires. They were traveling convoy style, but three in rear lost sight of the five who went into Chapala, they took the Libramento bypass and pulled over to turn around.
