Looking for a hearing impaired phone

Does anyone know where to get a hearing impair phone. It has to be a land line (nor portable) and have a volume control on it.
Any help would be appreciated.

You might want to check with Telmex. It sounds like you need an amplified handset. Most are modular and can be used with the non electronic wireless telephones, and work during power outages. They are readily available NOB, since deregulation in the telecom industry.
