Looking for golden raisins at lakeside

I have been wanting to try the golden raisin and gin (hic!) combination my friends have been raving about for the relief of arthritic pain. However, have not been able to find the raisins (I know where to get the gin :). I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has actually bought them.

Would also like to hear from anyone who has tried the combination. Did it work?

I don't know how difficult or easy they are to find, but if it proves difficult, you might ask Geoffrey at Cafe Magana in Riberas. He uses them in a salad, and I doubt he's buying them at Superlake.

I saw them in Superlake yesterday. I may be at the abastos on Friday. I buy them there. If you want me to get them for you pm me how many kilos.

I sure would like to know the outcome and your opinion vs other remedies.
