Has anyone who applied for Residente Temporal in January received their card yet or is there still a backlog?

We applied December 5th for our January 1st renewal date and were fingerprinted February 20th. The big guy told us 3 months and the woman said 1 to 1/2 months till our cards would be there.

We have received about 25 temporal cards starting 3 weeks ago, and 2 permanente starting last week.
