WORD TO THE WISE NEWBIE....disregard home improvement ad's

Post your need on this or other web boards.....the good contractors don't advertise. As a new full time resident @ Lakeside, 2005, found a contractor in the GDL reporter, or Lake magazine, spent 275,000 pesos, and as of last week spent an additional 85,000 pesos correcting his work.
Just a word, learn from our experience, it will save you a bunch of money and headaches.

Get good references and have the contractor show you his work.
