Hurricane Sandy hit the Jersey Shore yesterday and did $23 million worth of improvement.

This storm aside, it would take far more that $23M to improve the Jersey Shore enough to get me to return there even for a visit. Same goes for far too many other "hotspots" up and down the East Coast!
I don't think Ferret was making light of all that these folk have gone through over the last 36 to 48 hours!

New Commemorative Pistol
Ruger is coming out with a new pistol in honor of the United States Senate
and the House of Representatives. It will be named the “Congressman.”
It doesn't work and you can't fire it.
