New rules for FM3, FM2 and FMM

You probably have all heard the rumours about changes to the visa application process which was to take effect May 1 of this year. Well those changes are now in effect. Your nice green FM3 booklet will become a shiny plastic laminated card.
It is not true that you can do it all on line which was my favourite rumour. I know I will have to do the deed shortly so I have pulled together all the gory details in one location so they can be shared at visas how to.
It cover renewing your FM3 and FM2 and also getting them originally. One major change is that everything has to be done in country. (well except the on line part) Enjoy....Johan
