GDL airport long term parking

What's the daily rate for long term parking, anybody know?

Unless you park at one of the off site long term lots, my understanding is that parking in the regular airport lots is at the regular hourly/daily rate.

NM I've answered my own question:

First day is $384MX ($27.50US), thereafter $192MX ($13.00US), fractions $8MX/hr.

They certainly are not bashful about the cost! Last trip, I spotted a long term secure parking facility just a bit north of the airport exit coming from Guadalajara. Looked to be a somewhat typical setup with shuttle vans but I didn't see any signage on what the cost was.

Seems reasonable to me but thanks for the tip, CheenaGringo, I'll watch for the private parking and hopefully have an update when I return.

I would never trust leaving my vehicle at the airoirt. Makes no sense when you can take a Taxi both ways.

For quite a while, they had a "deal" on longish term parking at the airport. Think maybe it was 100 pesos per night. Don't know if that's still going on, but not sure I'd trust the info you're quoting above.

Lately though, there have been typical airport parking lots popping up nearby. I noticed one just a bit north of the airport, toward Guadalajara, on the airport side of the highway. No idea what the rates are.

Have a great trip. Diving in Cozumel is amazing.

They indeed have a "promotion" of 100 pesos per day for 4 days, then it is less than that.

I was gone 8 days and the charge on my US debit card was $47.65 US. Very pleased!

That's good to know and cheaper than cab both ways. I wouldn't have a problem using the airport parking, wouldn't leave anything of value in the car and older Honda CRVs are not on the A list for narco car thieves as far as I know. Someone in the airport administration must have figured out their long term rates were too high.

Zactly. Plus covered indoor parking, security cameras. I'll definitely continue using the main airport parking for long or short trips.
