AMI=Great Burger

I'd heard that the hot dogs and burgers at AMI were good, so I decided to try it today for lunch. Solo as my spouse was working at LCS for the day. AMI is adjacent the Hacienda Ajijic. The menu is a vast array of hot dog and burger preparations, too many to go in to. I had the Hamburgesa Especial ($45) and it came with lettuce, sprouts, onion, 2 cheeses, and tomato. It was cooked to my preference (termino medio) and one of the condiments offered was chipotle sauce which I chose instead of my usual mustard. It was EXCELLENT! So were the fries that accompanied it. Cerveza was $20P. I'll go there again. Next time it will be a dog. BTW, congenial and prompt service too.

Si, they have great burgers.
