My iLox service has been down since 2 am.

Anyone else without service?

In Riberas, mine had slowed down to about 1/10th of my contracted speed last week (maybe longer: I was away) and it has been restored to about 2/3. Perhaps something is afoot.

I WAS having a problem with iLox. I never got the speed bump that I paid for when I renewed my contract last March.
I finally contacted noc@ilox.com and included a screenshot of the speed to ask why. First they bumped me back up to the speed I had in the first year for which I thanked them but asked, again, where is my speed increase for the extra I had paid. Finally today, they got it correct.
Their customer service is really awful and I will not be renewing. TotalPlay seems to be much more on the ball.

I'm still down, have been running off of Telmex. Something upstream must be amiss. The PON light is solid, even the Phone light (which I don't use) is solid. My WiFiman app tells me no IPv4 address has been assigned.

The modem admin page reports that the ONU State is “O5(STATE_OPERATION).” Which, I believe, states everything is good to go.

I'll give noc@ilox.com a try.

It sounds like your problem is either your modem or the line running to your house.

Yes, contact them. You never know. I have contacted them four times at the noc address, which used to be quite responsive. After 2 messages with no answer, my speed went up to 150 or so. Two more messages with no answers have not garnered any improvement.

Perhaps the modem is bad but the line is good as I placed my first call! Interesting that the call had to be VOIP but admin page reports no IP address assigned...

Problem solved.

It was self-inflicted. My internet service (but not the phone) was off due to a lack of payment. I had canceled the card on file. There was no notice from iLox that the payment had failed.

Meanwhile, my initial email to noc@ilox.com came back (after 24 hours) as undeliverable. The iLox corporate website (https://www.iloxtelecom.com) said to send support requests to noc@mail.ilox.mx. I resent my issue and got an immediate response from Luis explaining what had happened.

I logged in to my account, made a payment, and the service was back up within five minutes!
