If you registered before the 28th, check your folio number. If it starts with AM, that means Adulto Mayor (60+). Go back to the link and re-enter your CURP and it will say that your CURP was registered previously. At that point you can download and print the form with the corrected folio number. It should start with A50.

Thanks for the heads up. I went back in and got the corrected folio # and a completely different form to download and take with you.

For those over 60 who registered but were not able to get the first vaccination, is there any information on when first shots will be available again?

You can go back in, enter your CURP and download the new form. Then just show up with the 50+ people. I'm sure they won't turn you away. I just downloaded the new form for my wife to use for her second shot.

Yes but it is on a different form that doesn't look as official. I'm thinking an official document might be needed for future travel.
