It helps if you use the base for the pot, and keep it full of water. A drop of oil on the water will prevent mosquitoes from breeding there.

Please note the ants are nesting in the soil of the outdoor pots.

In that case, you will have to catch them, one by one, and either decapitate or castrate; your choice.

A sugar and boric acid solution placed nearby can get rid of ants from an indoor pot. It should work outside too
